We’ve introduced tamper-evident seals on every Dr Vibes bottle. That extra layer of safety means our refund rules have changed to keep all customers protected.

 

1. 30-Day Return Window (Seal Intact Only)

2. Easy Return Process

 

·       Request authorisation
Email

 within 3 days, quoting your order number and the item you’re returning.

·       Pack securely
Keep the product in its original carton; make sure the seal is still intact.

·       Ship at your cost
Use any trackable courier (TCS, Leopard, Trax, etc.) and share the tracking ID with us.

·       Quality check & refund
Once the parcel arrives, our QA team verifies the un-broken seal within 3 business days, then we issue your refund.

 

3. Refund Method & Timeline

Because we only sell via Cash-on-Delivery (COD), all refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours (wrong or damaged item).

 

4. Bundles & Free Gifts

If you return one piece of a bundle with the seal intact, we treat the remaining items as full-price purchases and deduct their value from your refund.
Free gifts must be unused and included, or their retail price is deducted.

 

5. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

 within 48 hours of delivery, attach photos of the parcel and seal. We’ll send a prepaid label or arrange pickup at no cost to you and issue a replacement or full refund—including your original shipping fee.

 

6. Exchanges

Prefer a swap? Tell us in your return email. We’ll dispatch your new item once your sealed product is on its way back
