Return & Exchange Policy (Pakistan)
We accept returns and exchanges in Pakistan for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.
Return/Exchange window
- You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- For hygiene and product safety, opened/used products are not eligible unless the item is defective or damaged.
- If your item arrives damaged/defective, please share clear photos/videos so we can assess quickly.
Return shipping responsibility
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for both returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
- Exchange processing starts after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@drvibes.org with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos/videos (required for defective/damaged items)
We will respond with next steps and the return instructions.
Inspection & Processing Time
- After receiving your returned item, we inspect and process it within 3–4 business days.
- If approved, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
Refunds (Including COD Orders)
- If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. We will request your bank details after approval.
- Once a refund is initiated, bank processing times may vary.
