By visiting, browsing or purchasing from the Site you agree to the terms below. If you disagree, please exit the Site and do not place an order.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
1.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep passwords confidential. We are not liable for unauthorised activity that results from your failure to safeguard login details.
2. Nature of Our Products
2.1 All items sold are cosmetic serums, not medicinal drugs. They are intended for external use only and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure disease.
2.2 Always follow the directions printed on the carton. Perform a patch-test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
3.1 Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Order Process & Contract
4.1 Your online order is an offer to purchase; we accept by sending a “Shipping Confirmation” SMS.
4.2 We may refuse or cancel an order—for example, if stock runs out, pricing is obviously wrong, or fraud is suspected.
5. Payment Method
5.1 We currently accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due in full to the courier upon delivery.
5.2 Failure to remit COD may result in future order blocks.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
6.1 Orders placed before 4 p.m. PKT (Mon–Sat) dispatch the same day; others dispatch next business day.
6.2 Transit times: 1–3 business days in metro areas; 3–6 days elsewhere.
6.3 Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel’s tracking status shows “Delivered”.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 You may return any item within 30 days of delivery provided its tamper-evident seal is unbroken.
7.2 Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is wrong, damaged or defectively sealed on arrival (see Refund Policy for details).
7.3 Refunds are issued by bank transfer within the timelines stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Promotions & Coupons
8.1 Only one promo code may be used per order and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.2 Dr Vibes may cancel promotions at any time or refuse redemptions that appear fraudulent or abusive.
9. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Comments)
9.1 By posting a review, photo or comment you grant Dr Vibes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display and adapt that content for marketing.
9.2 You must not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, spam-like or violates any law. We may remove such content without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All text, graphics, product names, bottle designs and logos on the Site are copyright © and/or trademarks of Dr Vibes Skincare (Pvt.) Ltd. or its licensors.
10.2 You may view or print pages for personal use only. Commercial reproduction or distribution requires written consent.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
12.1 The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by Pakistani law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12.2 Results vary between individuals; testimonials represent personal experiences, not guaranteed outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr Vibes will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products.
13.2 Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in dispute.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dr Vibes, its directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, courier disruptions, governmental actions or power outages.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Site banner or e-mail 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
